Phase Three: Relocate Board Members, Set-up Group Home

The third stage of roll-out of the Dream Farm project will be to relocate the President and Secretary of the Dream Farm organization to Oregon.  Our plan is to be located in Eugene, Canyonville or Central Point areas.  The cost of this phase is anticipated to be $5,000.00 per board member or less.  (Each board member will be expected to work and generate a self sufficient income as well as qualify for, and provide foster care to or adopt up to 6 children.)  A financial projection will be prepared to break down the cost of creating a home suitable for the care of 12 or more children.  This phase will include those costs.
