Phase Four: Procurement of Dream Farm Owned Property

The goal of our fourth phase will be to procure the property to be developed into a sustainable community that will be home to approximately 216 children and 72 adults.  At this time we estimate the cost of this property to be between one million dollars with no buildings.  The next step will to be to build the first Dream Farm residence.
