Highly Nutritious Foods, Grown in the Backyard

In order to maintain a proper diet, we need a variety of nutritious foods, including lots of fruits and vegetables. With the permission of George Mateljan, I propose that the Dream Farm attempt to grow as large a variety as possible of the following highly nutritious foods.
