Wow have we got a lot of work to get done to make this thing happen!  I can not do it by myself so these are the people that will be needed to make this project actually happen. This is a general list, as far as I have developed it, to be inclusive of every department head required.  In addition to the resident positions listed below I am seeking an to have an online advisory panel and a board of directors that are also residents. The program also calls for an adult student of each job listed below where a young person can learn a skill and assist with the Dream Farm program. I am seeking residents to take on these employment opportunities but also to adopt children orphaned by AIDS. All career paths will be COMPENSATED according to US department of labor at 90%. A percentage of the agreed upon salary will be considered contribution to the cost of the program to cover living expenses, a percentage will be payable as agreed upon.

All candidates must qualify for the position as well as qualify to adopt as per Adoption Link or a similarly qualified adoption agency.
